Consultations and Programs: Assessment

Each consultation begins with an assessment process that provides Dr. Bryan with pertinent information about the school culture, history, policies and pedagogical practices. Every educational community, from the administration to the student body to the parents, must work toward a collective understanding and approach to issues of Gender and Sexuality Diversity in their school. Dr. Bryan personalizes each program; the questions and issues most relevant to the participants are at the heart of the discussion.
